Prof. Dr. Peter Rackow, an adjunct professor and former head of the Department of Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure Law and Criminal Policy at the German Police University in Münster, offers extensive experience in issues relating to international legal assistance in German criminal law matters. As a member of our practice group for extradition law, he advises our clients in Interpol matters, extradition proceedings relating to mutual legal assistance with states outside the EU and in challenging the European Arrest Warrant.
